I run a small marketing company and the decision was made to replace six (6) of or computers, the decision was also made to buy locally if at all possible. We called around for quotes, and now we know why Clayton computer has been open for twenty years, and in fact is planning to open their third store by year’s end. Brought a laptop in for repair because it would not start up. They called up and told me that hard drive had gone bad. Clayton Computer is my new IT Staff
I called up Clayton computer because I suspected my computer had a Virus. They helped me over the phone for free and gave me some ideas and had me download a couple removal tools, but in the end I brought my computer in for service.
It took three days, but they returned my computer with new Windows and all of my Word Document and emails. They also upgraded the memory. Since I don't have an IT staff anymore, Clayton Computer will fill that role.

Saved my Quickbooks
I brought my desktop in because it would not startup. The exact failure read "HDD01 Not Found" They were able to retreive my quickbooks and get me back in business. Thanks guys! And Lily needs a pat on the back for keeping me calm! I would also like to add, as a very important side note: Get Rebit, it's a software product that they offer to backup your files.
