Operating System Service - $149

Is your PC reacting slowly and not performing the way it should?

The Operating System Service covers format and reload of operating system (or an overlay installation) and updates. Please Note: Formatting your hard drive will cause all data and installed programs to be lost! Please read further for other related charges.

Data Transfer, Backup, Cleaning - $89

Clayton Computer will move all of your data from your old computer to your new one, or back it up to CD, DVD, or another hard drive.

Data Recover - $120

Computer making new noises?

Often computer hard drives make a clicking noise when they are going bad. If your computer is not booting up and or you are hearing a clicking noise you may wish to turn your computer off and come see us immediately so we can save your data off of a failing hard drive!

We do all of our laptop repair in house! Your laptop will not be shipped away to some unknown location, and your data will not be lost. Powerjack Repair, Motherboard Repair, Hinge Repair, you name it we fix it.

 

Save Everything: $309

• Perform a full hardware and software diagnostic.
• Perform an entire backup of your computer. (Including your operating system, all of your programs and all user created data)
• Remove all malicious software including: Viruses, Spyware, Malware, Rootkits, and Hijackers on the computer.
• Repair any operating system issues present such as: blue screens, boot issues, windows debug popups, etc.
• Perform a full system tune up, removing unnecessary startup items, cleaning up temporary files, defragmentation of your hard drive, removal of bad or unneeded registry entries, installation of all applicable windows and security updates.
• Install and configure a 2 yr. subscription to AVG Antivirus/Anti-malware.

Save Data/Repair : $249

• Perform a full hardware and software diagnostic.
• Backup all user created files (My documents, favorite places, etc.) NO PROGRAMS
• Completely wipe and reload the operating system and replace user created files.
• Perform a full system tune up, removing unnecessary startup items, cleaning up temporary files, defragmentation of your hard drive, removal of bad or unneeded registry entries, installation of all applicable windows and security updates.
• Install and configure a 2 yr. subscription to AVG Antivirus/Anti-malware.

A Fresh Start: $209

• Install a new Operating System to the computer, with no backup performed.
• Install all applicable windows and security updates.
• Install and configure a 2 yr. subscription to AVG Antivirus/Anti-malware.

Diagnostic: $119

• Perform a full hardware and software diagnostic.
• Provide you with multiple options for repair/recovery of the system and costs associated with those options.

 

Data Transfer/Backup: $89

• Perform a transfer of user created data from one system to another OR perform a backup of user created data from one computer to a storage device, such as an external hard drive (Client must provide storage devices for backup, otherwise on-site staff can provide storage devices for an additional cost.)

Full System Tune Up: $89 /$60 as add on

• Perform a full system tune up, removing unnecessary startup items, cleaning up temporary files, defragmentation of your hard drive, removal of bad or unneeded registry entries, installation of all applicable windows and security updates.

Disaster Recovery: $600

• Full diagnostic on hardware.
• Digital rebuild of system image on failing hard drive (If necessary).
• Migration of recovered data to a storage device, such as an external hard drive (Client must provide storage devices for backup, otherwise on-site staff can provide storage devices for an additional cost.)

Hardware Installation: $99 / $49 as add on

• Installation of one internal or external pc component. (Printer, graphics card, memory, etc.)
• Installation of any software needed for the functionality of installed hardware on one computer.
• Configuration of the component for applicable use by end user.

Software Installation: $99 / $29 as add on

(Client must provide software, unless arranged with on-site personnel prior to on-site appointment.)
• Determine compatibility for software with computer.
• Install/repair and configure 1 software application.
• Perform necessary software updates and create shortcuts as needed.

On-site Wireless Networking: $89.99 primary device, $30.00 additional device

• Installation and configuration of one internet connection, as provided by your internet service provider (ISP), if necessary.
• Install, configure, and secure your wireless router, protecting your personal data and your internet connection from malicious use.
• Install and configure any networking adapters (provided by the client, on-site staff can provide wireless and wired network adapters for an additional cost.) as needed.
• Connect any and all applicable devices to the network.
• Enable devices to share the internet connection, files, printers, and other media (photos, videos, music, etc.)
• Install and configure VOIP.

Training: $129 per hour

• We can teach you how to do all of these things and more in the comfort of your own home or business, without having to compete for time with the instructor to make sure you get your questions answered completely.

New Computer Setup: $129 per system

• Physically setup one new PC or Mac computer system, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, and monitor.
• Install one new software application (Software not included)
• Install one new hardware device (Hardware device not included)
• Configure your new computer to your existing Internet connection and email address.
• Perform a data transfer from your old pc to your new pc of user created data (My documents, favorites, etc.)

 

Long Term Backup Solution: $220

• Installation and configuration of external hard drive (External Drive included)
• Installation and configuration of Save Me by Rebit software (Software Included)
